28 Days of Black Healers
Each February, Ancestral Wellness Co. honors Black History Month by spotlighting Black wellness practitioners who are actively nurturing their communities. This campaign was created to amplify the brilliance of Black healers, honor the legacy of collective healing in Black communities. Reminding us that wellness must be rooted in cultural relevance, accessibility, and care.
28 Days of Black Healers centers the importance of creating wellness spaces that reflect the lived experiences and needs of Black people. Through daily highlights, live conversations, and communal offerings, we gather to witness, affirm, and uplift those doing the work of healing. Whether through herbal medicine, therapy, bodywork, community organizing, spiritual care, or other practices.
Our Intentions:
Celebrate the work of Black wellness practitioners and create space for their stories, practices, and wisdom.
Resource our communities with tools and connections that support holistic well-being.
Cultivate dialogue around what it means to collectively care for Black bodies, spirits, and futures.
Together, we return to our roots honoring the ways we’ve always healed, together.
